When Tweaq Touch 1 is used, the handle is awakened by the internal sensors which triggers the disinfection process. The outer magnetic ring contains a disposable sponge that is irrigated with antibacterial solution.

The electric engine which powers the magnetic ring ultimately disinfects the door handle’s surface in under 3 seconds, eliminating 99.99% of bacteria and viruses.

Connectivity is another feature of Tweaq Touch 1’s innovative technology. An IoT module is integrated within the self cleaning door handle itself which automatically counts the touch point’s daily usage. This information will be used to inform you when to replace your Tweaq Touch 1 cartridge, which will allow you to optimise cleaning costs. All of this information will be available via the Tweaq portal where you can track the activity of every single door handle in your house or business.
